Somehow we have survived the last five years, and we’re ready to celebrate with all of you! Mark your calendars for our birthday party: Saturday, June 20.

In carrying on with a tradition borne of our fore-restaurant, The Cheesemonger’s Table, we will be cracking a giant wheel of parmesan in celebration. After the reverberations of the crack die down, we will be passing out samples of FRESH PARMESAN for you to enjoy, and Billy will be pouring several refreshing wines to pair. If you have never tried fresh parmesan before, you seriously need to give this a try - the difference is astounding and well worth the effort.

The parm crack is scheduled for 11:30 am with fresh parmesan available for tasting and purchase throughout the day, along with the wine pairings. No reservation needed, just stop by and grab a taste!
